IT Helpdesk

Job Description

Stefanini Group is looking for a IT Helpdesk in Erlanger, KY that can start ASAP. Spanish a plus Shift hours will start as 7:00 am - 3:30 pm and will change to 9:00 am to 5:30 pm after the candidate has been trained and comfortable working on his/her own.
  • Ability to solve basic common user problems in real time including software functionality/ network troubleshooting/ PC and network configuration/ operating system and browser related issues
  • Adding and removing systems to the domain
  • Setting up proprietary software and configurations to company policies and specifications
  • Windows systems knowledge and setup emphasis on Windows 10 conversions from Windows 7
  • Application maintenance (entry level)
  • Hardware configuration (workstation & peripherals)
  • Troubleshooting skills
  • Provide on-site support to all staff
  • Actively involved in problem resolution/ follow-up/ testing/ workarounds and equipment suggestions
  • Facilitate warranty claims and exchanges
  • Job Requirements

    Other duties as assigned.
  • Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
  • Position requires a valid Kentucky or Ohio Drivers License
  • Applicants must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with others both orally and in writing
  • Ideal candidates are flexible self-motivated and self-managing with a strong sense of team and the ability to also work independently.

  • Required:
  • Basic networking experience with TCP/IP and Windows network
  • Basic system administration experience Windows preferred
  • Familiar with Microsoft products Preferred:
  • 5 years IT/Computer experience
  • Basic Microsoft Office experience including O365
  • 2 year Technical degree or Microsoft certifications
  • Prior warehouse IT experience
  • A Certified
  • A high school education or equivalent is required. On the job training is available to otherwise qualified candidates.
  • Will train on day shift prior to moving to actual night shift hours
