Position Title: IT Program Manager, Oracle Cloud Fusion

Responsibilities:

Program Manager is responsible for the successful execution of the business plan through strong leadership and oversight over all aspects of the business to include project performance, maintenance, capital project oversight, and asset preservation. Additional responsibilities include:

  • Manage a portfolio of initiatives that span multiple lines of business with a budget of over $5MM
  • Responsible for the planning and execution of projects for Oracle Cloud Financial and Supply Chain solutions with the delivery of business processes, systems, and infrastructure improvements to achieve organizational goals and strategic objectives.
  • Lead complex business process and organizational projects to effect transformational change and drive adoption, including advanced technology
  • Conduct needs analysis of current state and a future state; operationalize business processes and procedures; and develop recommendations
  • Lead the development of the customer-focused strategy and offer roadmaps supported by internal and external analysis
  • Drive strategic and tactical process improvement initiatives and adoption across the company
  • Define and drive the strategic alignment with relevant project owners and business partners to ensure various needs and opportunities are identified, prioritized, validated and communicated
  • Drive flawless execution of a relevant segment of the portfolio by being accountable for portfolio delivery metrics including successful analysis and management of financials, schedule, resources, risk, changes and benefits realization
  • Partner with stakeholders company leadership, business partners and practitioners on transformational change management initiatives and build collaborative relationships; employ proven techniques to design solutions
  • Proactively identify and resolve portfolio issues that may impair the team's ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals
  • Plans and drives execution of the major strategic projects of the program, working cross-functionally to manage risks, cost, quality, and rollout over the duration identifying and resolving concerns or blockers as they arise
  • Lead complex projects using standard practices, proven techniques, common tools, and a shared language; estimate scope, expectations, deliverables, and project budget; manage risks throughout change initiative and develop mitigation plans

Minimum Requirements

  • Program/Portfolio management experience, working independently in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholder groups in a large, multi-team environment
  • Proven experience in successfully deploying Oracle Cloud Fusion Financials and Supply Chain Solutions for a mid-size company
  • Required experience in Oracle Cloud Fusion Financials. Preferred experience in Supply Chain and Product Data Hub.
  • Solid understanding of project/program/portfolio management principles, methods, and techniques
  • Good knowledge and experience in standard change management methodologies and change assurance
  • Experience in successfully leading large scale projects/programs on-time, on-schedule and within budget
  • Proven experience in SDLC Methodologies, Waterfall, Agile, SCRUM
  • Excellent leadership, communication (written, verbal and presentation) and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands
  • Experience drafting and submitting budget proposals and recommending subsequent budget changes where necessary
  • Experience leading, motivating and managing various project team sizes, including internal and external resources, while holding the team accountable for performance
  • Experience influencing and gaining buy-in from sponsors, business partners, team members, stakeholders and peers
  • Experience working both independently and, in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Flexible with proven ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
  • 10 years of Oracle Cloud Financial solutions program/portfolio management experience, including planning and tracking projects/programs
  • 10 years of experience working with business stakeholders within a cross-functional matrix environment including business process improvement and change management
  • 10 years of experience with full product lifecycle with an understanding of development lifecycle and various technology methodologies that support that lifecycle
  • The high degree of proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, JIRA and SharePoint with experience presenting to stakeholders and/or Senior Leadership
  • Proven ability to demonstrate a drive for results and accountability of business needs
  • Proven ability to work in an ambiguous environment and collaborate across multiple areas to achieve a common business objective
  • Interpersonal skills to influence and spur change, facilitate and enhance performance within a cross-functional environment

Preferred Experience:

  • Retail experience
  • PMP certification
  • Experience working in an Agile environment
