IT Project Coordinator

Job Description



Job Title: IT Project Coordinator
Location: Ada, OK- Initial 2 weeks from Monday to Thursday can travel and then remote work with once a month for a week at most.
Job Type: Contract

Job Description:
To support the Enterprise Architecture & Innovation (EA&I) group for coordination efforts across IT teams and business/customer teams. Includes supporting the Director of EA&I for their BRM activities, as needed.

Deliverables - for each assigned initiative
Detailed plan - with tasks, timeline, dependencies and resource assignments(to be developed in conjunction with designated IT and business stakeholders)
Weekly detailed progress status reports
Meetings notes - with key decisions, action items and salient points
ITSM Tickets (Service Requests) for the initiative
Challenges/issues/ risks List with details, e.g., the description, owner, action plan
Pro-active /timely coordination, follow-ups and communication - across business and IT teams per agreed plan, timeline and action items

General Duties
Providing primary point of contact for the receipt and processing of incoming service requests
Working with IT teams and business stakeholders to establish schedules and expectations
Working with all parties to ensure deadlines and expectations are met
Creating and updating notes and status of ITSM tickets and assigning resources as directed by manager
Develop and utilize standard process for delivery of reports and updates on a weekly basis
Perform work under supervision of their manager or the Architect on the engagement
Able to travel to stakeholder locations for on-site meetings as required
Assist with scheduling and facilitating meetings as needed for initiatives, including for vendor-led trainings, demonstrations, and presentations
Following IT processes as directed by the Sr. Manager
  • Supporting the Business Analyst and Architecture teams with any other coordination and documentation activities as needed
