The Senior Project Manager for Serialization will drive the implementation of country-specific regulations within the impacted manufacturing facilities and supply chain networks, enforcing the client's defined standards/documentation. They will work closely with functional leaders/stakeholders including IT/Mfg/Supply Chain/Quality/RA/Engineering/Labeling Operations/Finance/GBUs to ensure alignment of activities related to the country-specific compliance dates. Projects are complex, cutting across organizational boundaries at the corporate level, business units, and across the value chain.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day Project Management activities for Serialization programs
Identify resources needed and develop a project plan, influence stakeholders to gain project support, and lead project team.
Work closely with stakeholders to gain commitment, drive change, and ultimately drive results
Ability to work closely with multiple local manufacturing site Project Managers in geographically diverse locations to monitor project timelines, scope, and deliverables and roll-up project status to the workstream lead.
Lead project teams of stakeholders that do not have a direct line of accountability
Communicate / present project status to senior management and stakeholders - recognize contributors
Analyze complex data with the understanding of trade-offs between different business objectives, present recommendations, and implement solutions
Assist in the execution of Project Lessons Learned sessions. Assess lessons and integrate/update current playbooks and processes accordingly.
Bachelor's degree required. MBA/MS preferred.
Seven years of complex project/program management experience with demonstrated success leading multi-site, global or enterprise-wide programs in the medical products industry. PMP Certification preferred
Demonstrated expertise in program/project management
Strong financial acumen
Excellent communication and people skills including influencing skills
A role model of the client's Leadership behaviors
Previous serialization project management experience coupled with manufacturing operations project management is the preferred combination of skills.
Strong problem solving and negotiation skills
