Description: .Responsible for the implementation of new application interfaces into a new global Contract Management application. Deliver on schedule, using assigned internal/external resources and following standards. Accountable for project goals, budget requirements and overall support activities needed to ensure a successful project implementation. Assist clients in identifying, understanding and responding to opportunities for cost-effective innovation and adherence to corporate policy. Manages activities of all internal/external resources on projects or service deliverables.
Accountable for the planning and implementation of IT application interfaces to a new global Contract Management application, demonstrate solid technical knowledge, demonstrate business acumen, require limited direction, give significant direction, handle complex problems, possess strong knowledge of project development processes and/or SDLC, have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Use Client's culture levers of Speed, Simplicity, Collaboration and and Courage. Understand and direct/participate in all phases of project implementation.
Think outside the box to innovate with the new Contract Management application, processes, resources
Review project team deliverables to ensure quality (design walk-through, test results, etc.) and adherence to standards/ regulatory requirements.
Interact with business partners to understand their business and to anticipate IT solutions based on business and technical knowledge.
Participate in the budget process and accountable for project budget.
Prioritize work and schedules
Provide direct supervision and mentoring of project team member's during the project. Provide project performance feedback to the team member's supervisor/manager.
Led technical application implementation deployments with numerous application integrations; a contract management or document management application implementation is preferred. Proven track record on delivering projects
Strong knowledge of project development/implementation processes.
Experience working with Legal and Purchasing Supplier Management teams.
Solid presentation skills, presenting up and down the organization chain, oral and written communication and teamwork skills.
Influence management skills with the ability to manage cross-functional resources without direct reporting relationships.
Prudent risk taker.
Strong problem solving aptitude.
7 years of Project Management of new software implementations
Solid Leadership experience.
Project Management Certification a plus.
