- Our direct client is looking to perform an in-depth review of the Technology (Software and Hardware) used by specific departments/groups within the organization.
- The person who is selected to perform this task will research and document the technology in use, connect department/groups with appropriate support process/team and solution. any technical gaps that may exist.
- This activity will be performed in an organized and reportable fashion that enables stakeholder awareness, measures progress and proactively tracks & resolves issues.
- Identify departmental requirements for technical support.
- Identify solutions not supported or documented.
- Requirement gathering and documentation.
- Present findings which will include:
- SLA (Service Level Agreement)
- OLA (Operating Level Agreement)
- Support model
- Conduct data gathering meetings with stakeholders
