The IT support specialist will be responsible for providing infrastructure technical services for deployment, implementation and production support. IT support specialist will report to the Company's Chief Technology Officer. The key objective of the Specialist will be that the Company's technical services will exceed client expectations (both Bank Up and external) for availability and performance, specifically related to the Alameda processing site and various on-premise FLEXRPS clients located throughout the US. The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for the creation and execution of policies, procedures and protocols for the Company's payment processing and payment contingency (DR) solutions. This person will work actively with vendor solution providers and corporate partners and internal collaborators to develop strategies to effectively deliver and deploy the Company's solutions to its clients.
Management of the technical platforms in Alameda, remote processing locations and various client sites utilizing the on-premise FLEXRPS solution.
Act as the central point of contact in Alameda for executive management for IT problem escalation and status reporting.
Participate in the technology planning and development of the Alameda and remote processing sites to include planning, technical design and staffing efforts.
Interact as the network management point person in project planning, resources and scheduling.
Provide daily management oversight for production and technical staff and participate in regular on call rotation in support of all clients escalating and directing as required.
Provide executive management with monthly reports that monitor processing, production, problem reporting and staffing initiatives/requirements.
Ensure adequate backup and recovery for all Company processing.
Meet all project dates and commitments.
Ensure that all systems are adequately prepared for production readiness prior to testing by clients and possible production implementation.
Assist executive management initiatives to implement new technology strategies for the Company.
