Robert Half Technology is looking for a well versed help desk associate to assist with a large enterprising client in the Glendale area. ? Experience working with ticketing systems ? Light experience/knowledge with hardware configuration ? 1-3 years with phone or desktop level 1 support ? 2 years prior help desk experience ? Ability to solve most common desktop issues quickly for both Mac and PC. ? Experience using help desk ticketing software ? Strong knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems with emphasis on Windows 7, Windows 10, Windows Server 2008 and Windows Server 2010 ? Experience with using and troubleshooting Office 2010 applications within a windows domain network environment Additional: ? Helpdesk/Service Desk experience o Remote Support o Good over the phone/customer service o First call resolutions, escalations, and service level agreements o Experience in a call center or high volume helpdesk environment ? Strong Windows and Mac troubleshooting skills o Majority Windows Environment but have Macs as well o Mainly connectivity issues o Printer Support o Deployment and setups ? Any ticket management system o TrackIt, Remedy, HEAT, fresh service ? Understanding of networking technologies o TCP/IP, DNS, LAN, WAN, Routing, firewalls, etc.. ? Hands-on experience in a client server environment o Thin clients, Microsoft Terminal Servers, etc.. o Windows server operating systems ? Familiar with the following technologies: o Mobile app support o Application support o Exchange o Shoretel o Office 365 o Windows 7, 8, and 10 ?
