Description:
Project: Upgrading JDE World A8.1 to JDE E1 9.2 on an iSeries Platform. Will be bringing over many of the existing JDE Modifications as well as the standalone applications that reside on the iSeries. Looking for Developers that have strong E1 9.2 development experience that can also read/interpret existing World RPG programs and translate into Technical Specifications and rewrite into E1 9.2.

Discrete Manufacturing environment using the following modules - Address Book, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Job Costing, BoM, PDM, Shop Floor Control, Sales, Configurator, Procurement (Inventory and Non-Inventory), MRP, Capacity Planning, Supplier Scheduling, Inventory Management, Kanban. Etc. We also have several third party applications that we perform data integrations with.

Reporting strategy is using DAS (Data Access Studio) and Mobie

Skillset
? 5+ years JDE E1 9.2 Development Experience
o Object Management Work Bench (OMW), Report Design Aid (RDA), Form Design Aid (FDA)
o NER (Named Event Rules)
o BSFN (Business Functions)
o BSSV (Business Services)
o Should have a working understanding of User Defined Objects (Orchestrator, Watchlists, Cafe1, Composed Pages, etc.)
? Must be able to read/interpret RPG into E1 Technical Specifications
? Understanding of JDE World will be a plus
? Ability to write and read Technical Design Specifications
? Work with Business Analysts, System Analysts and other resources to design/develop/unit test applications
? Understanding of iSeries - SQL, Query, Query Manager and basic iSeries commands

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent degree.
