Project Duration

  • Contract, 6 Months

Project Overview

  • The client will be implementing the ServiceNow SaaS solution for Project, Portfolio, Resource, and Demand Management.
  • The ServiceNow implementation will complement the process reengineering activities that are being implemented across IT and will be necessary to support full compliance

Scope of Position

  • Support the Product Owners and ServiceNow team in design of solution and process which could include any of the following:
  • ServiceNow modules:
  • Project & Program Management
  • Demand Management
  • Resource Management
  • Project/Demand Financials
  • Reporting
  • Integration functional design:
  • Time entry
  • Financials
  • Conversion functional design:
  • Project & Program Management
  • Resource Demand
  • Strategic Demand
  • Will be responsible for serving as the liaison between the IT technical team and business/end-users.
  • Will work directly with business subject matter experts (Product Owners and their team) in developing and confirming the design, build, etc
  • Perform/Support System Testing
  • Support user testing and defect resolution
  • Participate in defining User Test requirements and development of test scripts
  • Perform pre-deployment activities and documentation
  • Perform post-production support, which may include on-site assistance with end users
  • Assist in/complete system turnover documents
  • Develop and update interface support guides, with participation from development team
  • Provide weekly progress reports to Project Lead/Manager during scheduled status meetings and via status reports.

Job Requirements



Required Skills

  • At least 10 years of BA experience with large IT projects in both Waterfall and Agile environments
  • Demonstrated understanding of project management practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong software skills:
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
  • ?Experience with services such as ServiceNow & Clarity, HP PPM

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with any of the following software suites:
  • Project Management suites such as ServiceNow, Clarity, HP PPM
  • Hyperion PBF
  • PeopleSoft EPM
  • Infor Workforce Time & Attendance
