Experience: Entry-Mid Level
Location: Louisville, KY
Hours: M-F 40 Hours a week

Calculated Hire is seeking a Junior Project Administrator to support one of our top healthcare clients in a collaborative environment in an evolving opportunity! This is a great chance to get your foot in the door in the healthcare administration and HR fields with the support of our team!

Summary:


The Junior Project Administrator will help manage tracking and internal communication as it pertains to special projects which aid executives, directors and administrators in operational objectives for multi-site locations. They will assist the director team in activities related to multiple specialties including general operations, fiscal management, program development, and strategic planning.

Responsibilities:

  • Aids in the development of specific departmental goals, progress and record keeping standards, and objectives which drive the strategic plan and vision of the organization.
  • Responsible for data validation for testing and integration, will be administrative liaison responsible for holding team accountable to action items, assigning tickets in workday, and maintaining existing project plan deadlines.
  • Collaborate with other leaders in the HRIS department to understand specific needs and communication efforts and other ad hoc duties as necessary.
  • Work with and assist executives and director team to develop and execute on initiatives around operating goal attainment, practice transformation, special projects, and improvement analysis.
  • Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.

Minimum Required Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or any other related field
  • Healthcare administration background or previous experience/relative coursework
  • Background in practice management, performance improvement, project management preferred
  • Strong aptitude to learn new systems and effectively illustrate processes
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully work in an environment where discrete outcomes are produced within established time frames
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, in particular Excel
