Junior SysPro CRM/ERP Admin

Job Description

Our client seeking a Junior Syspro ERP / CRM Administrator who will help drive and support of Syspro and the adoption of CRM for Syspro. Duties & Responsibilities:
 

  • Support the successful rollout of the CRM for Syspro ERP, by focusing on configuration, testing, conversion, training, documentation and support with our user community
  • Help to clarify business requirements and translating requirements into Syspro capabilities. Learn to use workflows, integrations, reports, dashboards, custom objects, and permissions
  • Load and extract files from other platforms, and auditing data for accuracy and completeness
  • Evaluate and pilot tools, processes, and third-party integrations to meet business needs
  • Collaborate with organization-wide users to identify optimization and enhancement opportunities
  • Provide regular training and ongoing system and technical support to Syspro users
  • Apply updates to the test and live environments
  • Maintain the test and development environments
  • Develop and maintain customized report types, reports, and dashboards
  • Assist in the management of custom fields, objects, workflow rules, record types, page layouts, and third-party products
  • Develop relationships with Syspro and third-party vendor teams to trouble-shoot issues
  • Review upgrades to evaluate the impact on processes, configurations, and customizations
  • Develop documentation for user tasks in accordance with Syspro best practices

Job Requirements

  • Two years of ERP – CRM experience (Syspro experience highly preferred but not required) – client is willing to train on Syspro
  • Undergraduate degree (not required) or equivalent experience
  • Strong problem solving, proactive thinking and analytical skills, self-motivated, independent worker
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to learn and apply new skills quickly
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues
  • Committed to continuous training on the job as the environment lends itself to rapidly changing technology
  • Good business acumen and ability to connect business needs with the right technical solutions
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment preferred
  • One-year SQL view creation for reporting
  • One-year Visual Basic Scripting
  • One-year Microsoft Office Products – Particularly Excel, Word and Visio
  • Knowledge of distribution or manufacturing is a plus
  • Knowledge of PowerShell views is a plus
  • The ability to manage competing priorities, solve problems quickly, and work independently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong attention to detail
  • Be eligible to work for any employer in the United States without sponsorship
