Job Description

Our client has been in business many, many years with a highly respected industry reputation in the food and dairy industry. They are opening a small new division/facility with Krones high speed water bottling equipment. Single line.  We are seeking a Supervisor or Manager with strong Krones Maintenance Technician equipment skills to operate as a Project Manager and then quickly move to a Plant Maintenance Manager as facility opens.

 

Krones Maintenance Technical Supervisor, Southcentral US location

Degree is optional along with 7 years of technical equipment maintenance experience on Krones high speed filling and packaging equipment.

Ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years in a Supervisory capacity with proven ability to lead and develop people…….will consider a strong Krones Technician ready for a new challenge with demonstrated leadership capabilities

Job Requirements

  1. Assist 50+ year old client with this “newly formed high speed water bottling division”. Partner on plant layout, design and Krones equipment install
  2. Travel to Germany with other senior team members for Factor Acceptance Test in late January
  3. Hire, train and position new team members to cover M-F (2) shift single line water bottling operation
  4. Effectively lead and develop a newly created team of approximately 10 employees to include 3 maintenance technicians
  5. Attend US Krones 2 week training program along with group of new staff members
  6. Collaborate with senior leaders to meet the May 1st “Go-Live” production objective
  7. Seeking track record of demonstrated mechanical ability with Krones high speed bottling to lead the daily operations successfully
  8. Must be an excellent communicator and leader of people and process
