Robert Half Technology is seeking a Lead .Net Developer.
The Lead .Net Developer for the Digital Operations team, you are responsible for the leadership, planning, software engineering, SDLC methodology, implementation, and ongoing support of the Next Generation Digital Experience NGDE platform. You ensure the right NGDX solutions, functionality, and digital strategy are implemented in order to meet the needs of our Consumers, Customers and Members for our next generation digital experience, prioritizing the solution efforts appropriately, integrating them while facilitating efficient implementation of the NGDX platform, in an agile environment.

Summary
Under general direction, has duties of instructing and checking the work of other programming personnel;
Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results;
Responsible for the complete software development lifecycle methodology for the team;
Responsible for program design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation;
Has full technical knowledge of all phases of applications programming;
Responsible for quality assurance review;
Acts as project leader for projects with small budgets or limited duration. Responsible for monitoring the work of team members, mentoring and coaching junior developers in an agile team;
Responsible for providing lead development level expertise on decisions and priorities regarding the enterprise’s architecture and related integrations;
Reviews, advises and designs standard software and hardware builds, system options, risks, costs versus benefits and impact on the enterprise business process and goals;
Develops and documents the framework for integration and implementation for changes to technical standards;
Provides technical guidance to project team areas as appropriate;
Tracks industry trends and maintains knowledge of new development technologies to better serve the enterprise s architecture needs;
Adheres to and champions industry standard best practices around software engineering.

Responsibilities
Provides expert support for definition/refinement of business requirements and for quality assurance/acceptance testing efforts;
Designs, develops, tests and debugs software components of high complexity;
Provides implementation, production and upgrade support for software components of high complexity;
Oversees the development of user and technical documentation according to department standards.
Other duties as needed

Job Requirements

The successful Lead .Net Developer will have: 15+ years of IT industry experience; 10+ years in Microsoft .Net Development; 5+ years of technical team lead or management experience; Experience and expertise in leading .NET software development projects in an agile SDLC team environment; Languages: C#, .NET Core, CSS3+, HTML5 Responsive, JavaScript, jQuery, XML, XAML, JSON, JSP, JAVA, VB Script, Scala, SQL, C++, Xcode Objective C; Web API: Dell Boomi APIM, Web Services, WCF, MVC, REST, SOAP; Web: .Net MVC, JSP, Angular, Web Forms, ASP; Mobile: Responsive Web, Native Development: Xamarin for iOS and Android or native Xcode; Experience with Sitecore development a plus; Testing & deployment: Loadrunner, Quality Center, or equivalent; Code Quality & Security: OWASP, Static and Dynamic code scanning for security and quality; Bachelor's Degree Plus.
