Loan Administrator 
Pleasanton, CA 
3-month contract 


In this role, responsibilities include providing administrative support to Indirect Funders, Supervisor and Director as assigned. The successful candidate will be both professional, courteous, detail oriented and efficient.

Job Duties:
  • Administer everyday work and evaluate all incoming mail and faxes
  • Accepts all incoming loan packages through various delivery methods
  • Accurately enter all incoming loan packages and payoffs within data spreadsheet
  • Assign and equally distribute loan packages to Indirect Funders
  • Within loan operating system, Package Tracks each loan package with date received
  • Adds Indirect loan documents to each received loan package
  • Distributes incoming mail, prepares outgoing mail, and inter office mail bag
  • Prepares completed loan packages to be sent to Imaging and recounts to be returned back to Imaging
  • Prepare loan packages for Funders to be processed, including package order and data entry
  • Answer incoming calls, providing excellent member service to members, dealers and internal teams
  • Communicates with dealers regarding missing documents, exceptions, required stipulations and payoffs over the phone and electronically
  • Maintain equipment and report any malfunctions
  • Orders office and kitchen supplies
  • Maintain office neatness and organization
  • Maintain confidentiality, document security, and show discretion at all times
  • Support Supervisor with other duties as assigned
  • Assists the Director in any projects or assignments as required
 
Competencies Required
  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent experience
  • Prior experience in a customer service, receptionist or administrative assistant role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Plan and prioritizes effectively
  • Remains calm under pressure
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Is a team player
  • Works well without constant supervision
