Description:
This role will provide support in Measurement, Research and Consumer Insights for the LAC Region reporting to the Director, Marketing Research and Consumer for LAC. If you are good with numbers, analysis and can tell a story using data, this could be the right position for you.

We are looking for someone with experience in Marketing Analytics or Statistical modelling that is also a great team player. In this role the person will work closely with the marketing team and, internal clients from different levels of the Organization, on consumer as well as business data collection and analysis, project coordination with global teams and with vendors.

Main Responsibilities
The responsibilities for this position include data collection and analysis, development of measurement KPIs, monitoring of assigned projects, Brand and Advertising Trackers, delivery of project results and key learning for the LAC Region.

Brand Health
• Coordination and relationship management with Research Agencies & Global team
• On-going Brand performance analytics, explanation of key trends, brand shifts and key brand opportunities
• Collaboration with Global team and LAC regional lead on new Bran Health measurement approach development
Measurement
• Work with field marketing to identify KPIs and diagnostic metrics for proposed initiatives
• Monitor and track initiatives performance
• Conduct on-going reporting of initiatives progress and results
• Presentation of final results and learning
Reporting
• Gather data from markets to be reported on the Executive Dashboards in relation to key marketing activities and corresponding KPIs
• Work in collaboration with the global team in the collection of data for new reporting tools
• Keep LAC stats& metrics report updated
• Support markets preparing revenue drivers data during Quarterly Marketing Reviews
• Consolidate competitive information from stakeholders, including agencies in order to analyze potential impact on marketing plans and business drivers
Other
• Provide planning support to reporting manager and marketing managers in each country
• Provide analytical support in Brand Tracking and Advertising Tracking initiatives for LAC
• Gather information from county marketing managers to provide weekly updates on key marketing activities to global teams
• Data Gathering for Analytics and Measurement projects
• Analyze digital investment and trends to measure effectiveness and efficiencies of the channel vs. traditional media
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, economics, or similar field required
• 3-5 years of client or vendor side experience, marketing analytics, data mining, marketing research or statistical modelling
• Strong analytical and data management skills
• Fluent in English and Spanish (Portuguese desirable)
• Excellent knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel and Word
• Must be able to handle a wide variety of projects simultaneously
• Strong communication skills, must be able to tell a story based on data
• Teamwork & interpersonal skills
• Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint
• Proactive and self-starter
