Job Description:

Perform other duties as directed by senior management:

Ability to analyze and interpret complex data
Ability to communicate orally and in writing in a clear and straightforward manner
Ability to communicate with all levels of management and company personnel
Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Ability to make decisions and solve problems while working under pressure
Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
Ability to show judgment and initiative and to accomplish job duties
Knowledge of cable and telecommunications products and services
Knowledge of DOCSIS 1.0, 2.0, 3.0, 3.1 specifications
Knowledge of network design, architecture, protocols and topology
Knowledge of digital cable headend equipment
Knowledge of CPE, including digital set top hardware, software and applications
Knowledge of COPS and D-QoS
Knowledge of DRFI Specifications

Knowledge of related industry specifications and standards:OCAP, DSG, MPEG, SCTE, DVB, CableLabs
Knowledge of IP routing and transport protocols
Knowledge of interactive video technologies and applications
Knowledge of digital service authorization and provisioning systems
