- 5 years design/implementation/consulting experience with distributed applications
- 5 years of extensive pre-sales and post-sales experience with engineering, consulting and system implementations of Unified Communication technologies and platforms.
- 5 years of experience managing a technical project lifecycle from the conception of a business problem through the development of a solution
- Wide background including architecture, implementation and delivery of large-scale hardware and software systems in real-world situations
- Strong background of IT Security and Data Privacy with Cloud-based and Service Provider solutions
- Deep experience in all of the following: Cloud, platforms, security, networking
- Deep understanding of End-to-end Collaboration Architecture and Solution, Avaya, Cisco, Five9 On-premise, hosted and cloud based ACD architectures with Protocols experience in SIP, H323, RTP, RTCP, SDP, SRTP, streaming media/protocols.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS or Engineering
