Office 365 Support Engineer (REMOTE)
- O365 Fundamentals
- A deep understanding of Microsoft Office 365 Products, especially Teams and associated services including; Teams Meetings, Voice and Telephony Integration, Teams Live Events, Stream, Outlook, MS Bookings service, Groups, and Microsoft Teams Rooms
- Azure Fundamentals
- Must have proven experience in supporting Microsoft Teams (Teams Live Events and PSTN integration preferable)
- 3 years' experience in an O365 Technical Support role.
- O365 Certification
- Teams Certification
- ITIL fundamentals
- MCSF - Messaging (preferable
Individual will be required to be in Oklahoma City office on occasion.
