Office Administrator

A CRG client in the Martinsville, VA area is looking for an Office Administrator to join their growing team. Seeking someone who is open to growth, looking to interview as early as next week! Competitive benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401K, and work/life balance!!

Direct Hire Pay: $20/hour

Job Duties

  • Answer phone calls and direct callers to the appropriate party
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
  • Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
  • Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
  • Assist HR to source candidates and update our database
  • Greet visitors in a professional manner and provide them with information and direct them accordingly
  • Perform other support tasks, including updating and sorting files, drafting and proofreading correspondence, and conducting research

Qualifications

  • Preferable Associate’s degree in Business, HR or related field
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and comfortable working independently
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including strong spelling, grammar, and punctuation
  • Proficient computer skills including MS Office, and ability to operate general office equipment
  • Team player that is able to multi-task and prioritize
