Own all office administration duties

Ensure kitchen is well stocked and clean

Serve as the main point of contact and manage all vendors

Coordinate meeting rooms

Plan work events and meetings, fostering the company culture

Support the global business, interacting with high-level executives

Job Requirements

Excellent customer service skills

Proven experience as an Office manager, Front office manager or Administrative assistant

Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, Word and MS Outlook, in particular)

Ability to work in stressful situations and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment

Must have a sense of urgency, be self-motivated, team oriented, collaborator

Bachelor’s degree preferred

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Expert organizational skills with the ability to stay on top of and complete multiple tasks in a timely manner

Consistently deliver high quality and professional customer service to internal and external contacts

Adaptable and able to take on new tasks in a fast-paced environment

Integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
