Part Time IT Support Specialist

Job Description

Our client is seeking a part-time IT Support Specialist to assist and support operations at their headquarters in Sacramento. Successful candidates will be self-driven and eager to gain hands on experience. This is a part-time position with flexible hours between Monday-Friday.  Job Duties - Remote user support via phone, email and remote in options - Assist the IT team with projects and implementations - Perform Tier 1 IT tasks by following documentation/instructions. - Coordinate appointments for 2nd level support. - Update and maintain IT Inventory database. - Train users on basic tasks and provide documentation. Desired Skills - 1+ years of prior IT Support - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Understanding of basic IT concepts such as Wi-Fi, Internet, Bluetooth, Ethernet and MS Office Suite.  - Ability to maintain a positive attitude under time constraints, multiple assignments, and changing job priorities. - Completes responsibilities on time under minimal supervision and with appropriate follow-up and status updates.
