Robert Half Technology is looking for a Product Manager in the Wilmington, DE area.

What you get to do every day:

•Apply design thinking methods to solve complex problems with a user centered approach.
•Facilitate design sprints and design thinking workshops that help identify opportunities for innovation.
•Work as part of a team to design, build, and support custom software solutions for web and mobile.
•Acts as the team's Scrum Master, managing sprint planning and execution.
•Maintain a strong focus on planning, estimating, meeting deadlines, budgets, scope, and code quality.
•Continuously research, derive, and document customer needs, requirements, and technical specifications.
•Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and scripts, inclusive of usability and accessibility testing.
•Develop and maintain quality project, system, and operational documentation.
•Work both independently and collaboratively with a team of Software Development Engineers.
•Lead documentation reviews to ensure the team adheres to strict quality standards.
•Demonstrate and provide effective liaison/consulting support with internal and external customers & partners and confer with them to understand business problems with a goal to define and implement value added, innovative solutions.
•Manage our portfolio of apps, analyzing existing systems, and anticipating the needs of users.
•Perform market research to identify methods and technologies that can support business needs.
•Learn/stay abreast of emerging technologies and maintain flexibility with learning new skills both technical and non-technical as needed.
•Actively participate in collaborative projects and constructively engage colleagues with an emphasis on kindness and teamwork.

Job Requirements

Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, or Business Administration. Graduate work in Business Administration or related field is desirable. • Up-to-date knowledge of computer, telecommunication, and other information technology tools. • 8-10 years of experience as a business analyst in a technical environment. • Experience with system design techniques. • Experience as a member of a Scrum team, ideally as the Scrum Master. • Expertise and experience in troubleshooting infrastructure and software. • Hands on experience with usability best practices and testing methodologies. • Experience presenting to large groups. • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities. • Aptitude to learn quickly and a superb attention to detail and process orientation.
