MISSION
Plan and establish production schedules to meet the customer expectations while maintaining minimum stock levels.

MAIN ACTIVITIES:
*Work according to HSE requirements.
*Responsible for converting customer requirements into a manufacturing production schedule while considering inventory levels, shipping schedules, lead-times, and staffing constraints to ensure 100% on-time delivery.
*Responsible for managing product delivery to internal and external customers.
* Review and distribute production plan and shipment schedules.
* Follow up with department supervisors to determine progress of work and completion dates.
* Calculate and Report Production Plan Adherence KPI.
* Escalate to managers when necessary to achieve goals.
* Compile reports on progress of work, inventory levels, costs, and production problems.
*Analyze past and future data to create KPI's which will be meaningful and drive the business.
*All other duties assigned by manager.
*Participate in Continuous Improvement tools.

COMPETENCIES:
*College degree or strong relevant experience
* Strong understanding of MRP systems is required
*Basic knowledge of SAP required
*Strong organizational skills to manage daily and weekly master schedules
*Strong Microsoft office suite skills, especially in Microsoft Excel
* Effective communication skills
* Must pay close attention to detail
*Excellent analytical skills
