nTech Solutions, a leader in the recruitment of Project Management professionals, has an immediate opening for a Project Administrator in the Buffalo, NY 14203 area.

Terms of Employment

●  W2 Contract, 6 Months

Overview

●  Project Administrator to assist the Project Manager on a blended Agile and Waterfall-based development project.

Responsibilities

●  Coordinate meetings

●  Manage JIRA administration

●  Manage communication streams

●  Follow up with project team members on artifacts required by “Combined Project Methodology”

●  Assist with onboarding and offboarding of contractors

●  Coordinate the use of tools the project(s) will utilize

●  Identify areas of opportunity and work with project managers to address appropriately

●  Assist with maintaining and updating Project Management documentation

Job Requirements

Skills & Experience

●  5+ years of professional experience

●  Some project management experience

●  Understanding of Waterfall project management methodologies

●  Excellent communication skills
