Responsible for implementing and evaluating optimal, cost-effective projects execution. In addition to providing technical support and service to the cross-functional projects, the incumbent may also perform the following functions: supervising, requisitioning, defining, initiating, documenting, coaching and training.
Act independently with minimal supervision to conduct smaller approved projects. Expected to make suggestions on improvements based on recent technical knowledge and voice of the customer.
Act independently and communicate with technical and clinical team members.
Communicate expectations and receive deliverables from cross-functional team members (Manufacturing, RandD, and medical).
Contribute to the planning and execution of components of the development process, which apply to process/product revision or enhancement or a defined piece of a larger project.
Ability to manage routine small projects without assistance.
Investigate and analyze customer service problems and design improvement suggestions. Recommend design improvements.
Knowledge of the basic principles in various engineering disciplines.
Must have initial training in concepts of Six Sigma quality techniques.
Must know how to effectively run projects, coordinate contractors, and direct the activities of a technician
Education / Experience
BS in Engineering
3-5 years of recent and relevant experience
Software: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project
FDA regulated industry experience
Project leadership experience a major plus.
Interview platform: may vary, phone followed by an onsite interview (1.5 hours onsite interview 30 minute individual with the report to manager followed by an hour panel interview with other team members)
