A construction firm in the Chesterfield area is looking to add a Project Manager to their growing team. The PM will act as the primary point of contact to directly manage projects for internal and external clients.

Job duties include:  

  • Complete projects on time and on budget
  • Estimate retail projects
  • Create detailed multi-trade project schedules
  • Manage permitting and inspections
  • Create, maintain and organize jobs electronically
  • Provide timely job progress and communicate job cost variances
  • Review and approve invoices and job costings
  • Support the improvement of internal procedures and policies
  • Help train, mentor, coach and review the performance of direct reports
  • Manage field teams including conflict resolution and fostering an inclusive and cooperative environment 

  This is a full time, direct hire opportunity and will pay between $60, 000-$85, 000 annually, depending upon experience.

The position requires:
  • A minimum of 3 years of project management experience in the construction industry
  • Previous project management experience with retail, multi-family or assisted living construction
  • Prior estimating experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project experience preferred
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred
