Our client is looking to hire a self-motivated Project Manager looking to utilize their physical security experience around the Baltimore/DC area. Our client supports the local DMV area with large commercial and DOD clients. This individual must be a highly motivated Project Manager that has an understand technically from a security systems standpoint. They will help run operations for 2-3 projects at a time from an installation and service perspective. Majority of these projects will entail security systems, CCTV's, door locks, motion sensors, glass breaks and network equipment in large commercial settings. They could also be projects that are a brand new construction site as our client handles projects in numerous different capacities.
This individual will have a team of 2-3 on-site at each project they will be helping to manager. Typically those teams are with one technical lead and 2 helpers. Having a technical understanding of the product lines and equipment will be extremely beneficial for this individual.
Responsibilities and Duties:
-Successfully run operations for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs of low-voltage, physical Security, and networking projects.
-Ability to lead and deliver on scheduled timelines and manager budgets from $50K to $2M
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Possession of a Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
Project Manager, physical security, access control, CCTV, lead technician, Software house, AMAG
Top Skills Details:
1) 3-5+ years of project management within physical security projects from install/service standpoint
2) Understands access control, CCTV, and can physically install equipment
3) Ability to work in a fast pace environment and strong knowledge of government is preferred
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
This individual must be a strong Project Manager that has a history of successfully running/operating security system projects in the Baltimore/DC area. They will be client facing and must be the face of our client when on-site.
