Seeking a Project Manager to be involved throughout the fabrication process . and will split time between working in the office, fabrication team, and manage scheduling with field work if needed.
This person needs to come from a structural steel fabrication background, with an understanding of structural steel detailing. This person will interface with internal (fabricators) and external personnel (clients) to ensure quality and items meet specification, and keep projects on expected timelines. They will will work with the estimating team and the fabrication leads for materials and communicate with stakeholders with project status and updates.
MUST HAVES:
-Experience in structural steel fabrication
-Knowledge of/exposure to steel detailing - weld symbols/bolting symbols to AISC standards,
-Experience coordinating schedules of projects, both internally with fabricators and externally with clients
DQ:
No Structural Steel experience
No expereince as a project manager
No expereince reviewing design
