Job Description

Job Summary
In the realm of standardization and the commitment to excellence, AGS Leadership created Operational Assurance to deliver continuous improvement and quality in all areas of operations. The Operational Assurance team is tasked with process improvement, procedure and data audits, training initiatives, process documentation oversight, AGS and client technology expertise, team communications, special projects, and cross program transfer of knowledge in order to bring best in class solutions and quality to our RPO programs with the goal of eliminating escalations and freeing up operational leadership to manage operations. The team is focused on quality hires, thought leadership, standardization, data integrity, and sourcing/screening excellence.


The Manager is responsible for ensuring the Operational Assurance team, for identified customers, is best in class and that the team achieves their goals and objectives. The Manager is the main point of contact for client stakeholders as it relates to team deliverables, tasks, and escalations. 


Duties may include, but are not limited to:
 - Manages a team of individuals and all matters related to staff, e.g., hiring, separations, performance management, and/or pay reviews for direct reports.
 - Responsible for successful achievement of all service level agreements.
- Assures that all team personnel are adequately trained on AGS and client processes and tools.
- Utilizes management skills of communication, presentation, time management, organization and planning to successfully achieve team goals and objectives.
- Manages all resources assigned to perform tasks according to plan; sets expectations concerning performance.
- Consistently performs status checks with customers and team to assess progress against the plan.
- Prepares and delivers regular status reports to the Director of Operational Assurance on all team activities and issues.
- Ensures timely resolution on all team escalations within AGS and with our clients.
- Lead presenter for the Operational Assurance team work stream in QBRs and SPM meetings with AGS and client.
- Ensures accurate billing and payment for the RPOs assigned.
- Responsible for ensuring all contractual obligations are understood, trained, and executed by the team (including SLAs, KPIs, Disaster Recovery, OFCCP requirements, etc.).
- Responsible for ensuring all escalations and key team deliverables are documented in identified CRM.
- Responsible for the roll-out of new tools, processes, and audits to the team on a needs basis.
- Guides proactive audits to ensure adherence to all process touch points, eliminating escalations and reducing risk for our clients



Qualifications

Requirements
- Ability to interact and manage complex customer issues. 

- Ability to build relationships with AGS and client personnel. 

- Must have strong communication skills (both written and verbal), and be able to present comprehensive solutions, business results, and concepts. -

- Must have strong problem solving capabilities and root-cause analysis expertise. 

- Strong analytical skills.  Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently. 

- Disposition to handle stress well. 

- Experience with Workforce Management software (ATS, CRM, HRIS, etc.) or possess a technology background. 

- Ability to work with diverse team of resources from AGS, our PSG partners, our Third Party Vendors, and our Clients in order to reach solutions and consensus. 

- Experience leading, managing and developing a team of resources. 

- Experience and comfort presenting material in front of large groups. 

- Experience managing direct reports. - Proven ability to get things done without authority
