FOR IMMEDIATE CONSIDERATION, PLEASE CONTACT: lewis.fone@rht.com | 415 434 4940 What you get to do every day - Work in close cooperation with the QA Manager, Product Specialist, Product Owner/Product Manager, and Business Analyst - Accumulates briefing from business analysts, technical leads, and QA leads into plans - Collaborates with the Product Owner/Product Manager to facilitate creation and maintenance of the Project Roadmap - Plans schedules and milestones, manages project scope and timelines, and inputs from all other teams assigns to that product - Steers project planning - Handles deployment scheduling in coordination with Product Owner, tech lead and Dev Ops - Encourage the team focus on the on-time delivery of agreed products - Enhances the daily stand-ups, making sure they are brief, focused, and timely - Coordinates and directs the sprint planning and grooming meetings and marks ticket assignments - Facilitates to classify, manage, and identify risk for functional improvement requests - Affirm that the functional requirements are achievable, met, and tracked - Applies as Scrum Master for the developers on the team - ensuring the team is working effectively, leading scrum ceremonies, and clearing obstacles - Tracks and schedules projects - as per the Project Roadmap defined by the Business Owner - Equips detailed reporting to management on milestone completion, project status, and risk assessments - Collaborates with Product Owner/Product Manager to secure that the product vision and high-level business objectives are clean and feasible - Sets out the RACI matrix for projects in a product line - Collaborates with the Product Owner/Product Manager to turn the product roadmap into executable projects - Interacts and communicates with designers, stakeholders, developers, and technical team members - Arranges project with precise ticket workflows and boards - Help out with managing dependencies among cross-product teams
