BASIC FUNCTIONS:
The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and executing assigned projects consistent with the strategy of the team and within the resource capability of the company.The Project Manager shall advise leadership and/or business executives about the status and resource loading of assigned projects across the company.

The Project Manager will plan, direct, and ensure the successful outcome of projects utilizing the assigned project teams, as well as standards, practices, and toolsets established within the GPMO, PMO, site specific CSOF team or Project Management leader.

The position shall support the efforts of the PMO in identifying, evaluating and developing project management methods and procedures that are efficient, effective and meet good business practice, while maintaining compliance with company policies regarding the execution and oversight of projects.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

-Brand new facility
-Laid back environment, casual dress
-Standard day hours
-Travel will be required; minimal 25%, during the end of the project it will be around 75% (typically around November)

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors Degree is highly preferred
  • Experience managing multi-million dollar projects is required
  • 5-10 years of experience in a Project Management role
  • Experience with high-level scheduling and managing budgets
  • PMP preferred
  • Material handling or construction experience is preffered
