Project Manager

Duration:               12 month

Job Description –

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify top areas within digital organization where best practices should be implemented. Determine appropriate processes and drive implementation

• Manage the implementation of the process change (or new process)

• Deliver strong and effective cross functional team and executive level communication to ensure stakeholder engagement and alignment

• Hold the teams accountable for accomplishing key milestones by encouraging communication and collaboration, resolving conflict and demonstrating leadership

• Manage initiative budget and track resources time, if required

• Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and external vendors

• Build communication materials for Operating committee or other leadership presentations that require Digital project updates

• Develop monthly communication content for Digital organization that includes key updates and calls to action

• Proactively identifies, develops and implements new ways of communicating within the Digital organization

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree

• 3+years experience in a project manager role and/or in a project leadership role

• Excellent interpersonal and writing skills, presentations (visuals and graphic design)

• Ability to manage conflict and to find innovative ways to solve complex problems with limited oversight; anticipates obstacles and plans for contingencies

• Advanced Microsoft Office skills - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification
