Project Manager

Job Description

Project Manager Summary:

Signature Consultants has an opportunity for a Project Manager. The candidate will be joining a team that over sees the execution, integration, stakeholder engagement and risk management of change projects executed across the enterprise. This position assists the PMO Lead with the management of change portfolio inventory (in-flight, planned, and closed) and coordinate weekly, monthly and adhoc status reporting across the portfolio.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive adoption of enterprise and Change Management processes and tools to create efficiency and optimize our delivery
  • Analyze change policy and enterprise change standards, assess impacts, and communicate impacts to project managers
  • Complete Line of Business (LOB) Quality Assurance reviews to monitor adherence of all programs and projects to enterprise and Line of Business change governance
  • Provide support to program and project managers in the implementation and adherence to appropriate PMO processes and governance
  • Maintain integrated portfolio program management plan and track interdependencies
  • Own and manage PMO system of record and knowledge repositories (Program Project and Risk Tool, SharePoint, Discovery, PMO mailbox)

Qualifications:

  • 1-5 year's prior PMO or Project Management experience, working knowledge of Project Management methodologies (i.e. PMI, Agile, Six Sigma etc.)
  • Must have excellent communication skills both oral and written, including ability to articulate recommendations and results at a level that resonates across many different audiences
  • Ability to facilitate meetings, capture key outcomes / actions and own process documentation
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to comprehend, document, evaluate and improve complex project management processes
  • Self-motivation, self-direction, organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities without sacrificing quality or timelines
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Relationship Management - Ability to build relationships and interact with Technology, Change Management and Business Partners
  • Effectively deals with ambiguity and adapts to changing circumstances
  • Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel-experience with Pivot tables and V Look Ups etc.)

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior project/change experience
  • Human Resources product and process knowledge and experience
  • Project Management or PMO knowledge
  • Attention to detail
  • Microsoft applications (XLS, PPT)
