The Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing a suite of manual and automated QA processes while working closely with the technology and business teams. This engineer will work across the organization with responsibilities in Release Management, Continuous Integration (CI), Continuous Deployment (CD) and Incident Management. ? The application of systems analysis techniques and procedures, including consulting with users, to determine hardware, software or system functional specifications. ? The design, development, documentation, analysis, creation, testing or modification of computer systems or programs, including prototypes, based on and related to user or system design specifications. ? Design, develop and implement testing plans for various software, services, and API data feeds. ? Work closely with the development team to resolve issues discovered as part of testing. ? Review and qualify all new features and enhancements. ? Work with development team to develop back out plans. ? Perform regression testing to ensure all products meet standards before release. ? Build, implement and manage a continuous integration and deployment platform (CI/CD) ? Implement custom solutions to automate the deployment of applications. ? Implement automated test suites to complete acceptance and regression testing. ? Implement automated test suites to support operations in the detection and reporting of production issues. ? Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; with two years quality assurance or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Proficient on Company-provided hardware and software. Experience with Microsoft .NET, C# and Visual Studio. Experience setting up and implementing automated testing suites (Selenium, Robot Framework, Serenity, etc.). Familiarity with API Testing tools (Swagger, PostMan, Fiddler, etc.). Strong experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps (VSTS) Contact Nathan.Emmett@roberthalf.com
