We are looking to on-board an RF engineer with experiences in the wireless communications field. The RF Engineer will be 80% on the field/ 20% in office. In office the engineer will be designing layouts while out in the field the engineer will be testing and assurance. The majority of the products will be Distribution Antenna Systems (DAS systems) and the supporting locations will be in the Northern NJ areas into the NYC areas. Complete indoor DAS system building modeling, propagation, data collection and optimization
Analyze all CW testing and RF propagations to determine DAS design
Assess locations on-site, perform site surveys and gather coverage requirements
Complete small/medium scope DAS design projects using different OEM platforms either independently or using iBwave proficiency
Commission and optimize work following installation
Provide closeout documentation for carrier acceptance of system and perform on-air testing of all carrier technologies meeting SLA metrics
