Ideally this candidate needs to have experience installing emergency 2 way Motorola communications gear into emergency vehicles such as police cars, Ambulances and fire trucks. The client is looking for candidates that have good computer skills that can be trained. Experience installing lights, sirens and communications gear for emergency responders is a major plus. They will consider candidates that have mechanical background with experience working with electrical systems in cars. Candidates need to be customer savvy as they will be working with Fire, EMS and Police to complete this project. Technicians will start off being trained on the basics by shadowing other employees. Once they start to get a grasp they will be given additional work load. The goal is to get them trained up so they can work on their own and significantly contribute to projects ASAP. . This person needs to be coachable and willing & ready to learn at a fairly quick pace.
