The Recruiting & HR Coordinator is a key role supporting the recruiting team. Overall this individual is responsible for the daily administrative tasks necessary to identify and deliver top notch candidates and provide a high level of customer service.
- Manage job postings and paid postings sites and ensure candidate responses are added to the ATS.
- Gather leads from industry specific associations, trade shows and member directories, enter leads into ATS and support recruiting team members in maximizing and tracking them.
- Perform candidate reference checks as needed
- perform onboarding and compliance for all new hires
- Audit all work order data and ensure assignment records match the Finance and Accounting department records.
