Recruiting & HR Coordinator
Wheat Ridge, CO

4-6 month contract to start (high possibility of conversion)
$25/hr


SUMMARY

The Recruiting & HR Coordinator is a key role supporting the recruiting team. Overall this individual is responsible for the daily administrative tasks necessary to identify and deliver top notch candidates and provide a high level of customer service.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage job postings and paid postings sites and ensure candidate responses are added to the ATS.
  • Gather leads from industry specific associations, trade shows and member directories, enter leads into ATS and support recruiting team members in maximizing and tracking them.
  • Perform candidate reference checks as needed
  • perform onboarding and compliance for all new hires
  • Audit all work order data and ensure assignment records match the Finance and Accounting department records.
  • Detailed focused
  • Good verbal and interpersonal skills
