Sr. Compensation Analyst Summary

Our client is a Fortune 150 company. They are looking for a Sr. Compensation Analyst to lead a project examining salary structures and employee incentive programs. This position is 100% remote. The client’s headquarters is located on the east coast, working east coast business hours is the expectation.

Sr. Compensation Analyst Responsibilities

  • Will work independently going through data
  • Take the work and go away with it for a couple of days and then come back with it
  • Incentive design process – expands over a few months – but different check points that will happen – meetings with internal HR team- responsible for all in-depth data and analysis to conduct those meetings.

Sr. Compensation Analyst Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in compensation analysis
  • Experience working with employee population of medium – large size org- 10,000+ associates-Preferred
    • Worked with large data sets before – preferred
  • Associate population that is geographically dispersed – analysis based on where the role is located – Preferred
  • Incentive plan design, including cost modeling and plan funding, across multiple lines of business
  • Market analysis and pay structure design of various functions (i.e., Retail and Distribution Operations) across all levels of the organization for a geographically dispersed employee population
  • Analytical experience with history of working with large data sets
