Our customer was recently acquired and is undergoing significant migration efforts from JD Edwards ERP to SAP. The customer has it's first go-live planned for February 25th and plans to continue integrating new locations through mid-year 2020.
Currently, there are 50 internal resources aligned to the integration initiatives to SAP. All aspects of the organization are being integrated including Finance, Supply Chain, and SD. This need is for a full-time functional analyst with expertise in the Production Planning (PP) modules as they are a heavy manufacturing and plant based organization. This includes submodules within PP including scheduling, planning, demand management, APO, MRP, program management, etc.
This position sits in Winston Salem, NC, and will include all production planning issues. This resource is expected to work with users to troubleshoot problems and issues, work on enhancements, write specifications and hand them off to developers to implement the changes. This role is 100% functional and does not require any ABAP development.
As this resource becomes integrated with the organization and their business processes, they have an opportunity to move closer and closer to the integration efforts, impacting the integration needs first hand. The manager would like this person to learn the organization first through post go-live support.
