Support and enhancements of existing Steelbrick implementation. Looking for someone who is able to come in and pick up their implementation quickly, help with day to day administration, enhancement requests, documentation, train end users and work with the business to help them understand the capabilities of the platform, etc.
-You have advanced knowledge of Salesforce CPQ
-You have worked as an admin for Salesforce CPQ or implemented one or more times.
-You have outstanding interpersonal and client facing skills and regularly communicate with CPQ End Users
-You have a strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skillset.
-Salesforce.com Certification is a plus
Roles and Responsibilities
-Resolve support cases submitted by end users
-Communicate directly with end users to resolve support cases
-Assist with configuration and testing for new product launches.
-Assist with enhancement requests
-Build out documentation library for the implementation
