Title: Salesforce Marketing Operations Manager
Location: New York, NY / Holmdel, NJ
Type: contract to hire
Location: Must have the ability to meet in NYC and Holmdel, NJ offices 2 days per week and work from home the remainder of the week
The Salesforce Marketing Operations Manager has technical expertise, business acumen and fluid communication skills to setup and execute email and digital marketing campaigns as well as implement leading edge marketing automation solutions. This motivated Manager has demonstrated skills in marketing automation and technology, a keen attention to detail, and a knack to build trusted relationship with internal clients.
Project Management as well as, configuring, maintaining, and supporting the digital marketing infrastructure and environment
Create and execute industry-leading business transformation solutions on the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Pardot CRM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Exact Target)
Provide CRM subject matter expertise to stakeholders on key methodologies and approaches, advising leadership on the design of the future execution model, process and/or technology roadmap for marketing and sales capabilities
Manage programs and projects, communicate and execute capability development opportunities across multiple workstreams, functions, business lines and subsidiaries
Scope, build and manage project teams and initiatives across multiple priorities to align with budget and key operational metrics
Manage budgets, produce and manage robust operational metrics
Business partner engagement and satisfaction, translating business requirements into technical requirements
Ability to work independently, exceptional communication, interpersonal, team building, and support skills, demonstrate resourcefulness, motivation and initiative
A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in setting up and utilizing marketing automation platforms (Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Pardot preferred. Adobe, IBM or similar products acceptable)
Multichannel Marketing automation experience, vendor coordination and management, execution and support of CRM campaigns
Well-developed analytical skills, ability to provide clarity to complex issues and synthesize large amounts of information insights on key methodologies and approaches
An ability to articulate and clearly communicate complex problems and solutions in a simple and logical manner
Leading and delivering medium to large scale marketing automation technology implementations. In addition, should have experience executing and delivering CRM campaigns
Managing the capabilities, contribution, deployment, and administration of a team of technical employees
