Salesforce Administrator

MarketSource has an immediate need for a Salesforce Administrator, with 3+ years' experience, 2+ of which in the Sales Cloud space, to join their team.

This person will work with 3 Admins on the team to support 30+ sales programs that Marketsource has with existing customers as well as help support new programs that MarketSource wins. When MarketSource wins a new program, the Admins work with the business process engineers to understand what needs to be accomplished in the SOW, then build out SFDC to be able to support the step by step processes that the sales people need to do to accomplish to close sales opportunities for that customer's SOW. The salesforce admins build out the processes, design/build the salesforce solution, then train the new sales people that are supporting this program. It typically takes 45 days to build out new program and be ready for sales teams to leverage SFDC. This team will also do continuous improvement/process changes on the program that are up and running. The admins will build out reporting that can be uses by internal MarketSource management on the sales teams that are assigned to the program as well as build out reports they can share with the end customers.

Job Summary:
The primary responsibilities of the SFDC Administrator will include interacting with internal business users and Business Process Engineers to understand the business objectives and extract key requirements to assist with building and implementing changes to SFDC. The administrator will provide support and maintenance for the users within the system on an ad-hoc basis. Main functions include the initial analysis and configuration of Salesforce to support new sales programs, and continuous improvement of Salesforce deployments to further improve workflow and sales rep performance. The job also entails working with representatives from the data architecture and business intelligence teams, as well as customer contacts for initial and ongoing data uploads.

Essential Functions:
* Ability to work with business leaders and clients to assess overall technical and business needs of a company in order to make recommendations to drive key business results
* Familiarity with business process automation using Salesforce workflows, Process Builder and form
* SFDC Implementation and Administration
* Ability to identify, document and communicate standard business processes as they relate to the application
* Ability to integrate SFDC to Outlook
* Assist internal program managers and reporting team with Report Design and Management
* Ability to import, transfer and update large amounts of data
* Ability to deliver training to end users new to SFDC
* Work will be performed according to MarketSource policies and procedures (SSAE 18)
* Work will be performed on-time, on-budget, on-quality

Supervisory or Management Responsibility:
* Builds and maintains productive customer relationships with program management
* Works closely with Subject Matter experts throughout various programs to customize training
* Works closely with the Business Intelligence and Reporting teams as well as the Instructional Design Team

Minimum Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor's degree Preferred in field of Computer Science, Industrial Engineering/Systems Engineering) or Business Administration
3+ years' experience as a Salesforce Admin., 2+ of which in the Sales Cloud space
You must be authorized to work in the US with no current or future need of sponsorship

Requisite Abilities and/or Skills:
* Ability to identify, document and communicate standard business processes as they relate to the application
* Ability to create and customize fields, page layouts and list views for custom and standard objects
* Ability to extract, transform, and load data (ETL) from and into SFDC using data loader
* Ability to manage and validate data
* Ability to install and synchronize options of SFDC for Outlook
* A strong understanding of database structure and principles of data manipulation
* Ability to create and configure a new SFDC instance
* Ability to create and modify roles, security profiles, permission sets, and object sharing settings
* Ability to create and configure workflow rules, field updates, tasks and e-mail alerts
* Ability to create and modify validation rules
* Ability to read and change Apex code and Visualforce pages
* Excellent project management skills
* Strong situational analysis and decision making abilities
* A broad, enterprise-wide view of the business and appreciation for strategy, processes and capabilities, enabling technologies, and governance
* 3 years prior experience with SFDC administration, development and implementation
* Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM201)
* Microsoft Office

Preferred:
