Salesforce CRM Administrator

  • $70,000 and $75,000 salary
  • 1 – 3 years’ experience in Salesforce Administration

Location: University Area

POSITION SUMMARY:

A Salesforce CRM Administrator will have the opportunity to work in a fun, collaborative and dynamic environment and learn Salesforce Field Service Lightning! You will be able to wear jeans every day and work from home 1-day a week! The Salesforce CRM Administrator will be responsible for the administration and support of all functions built within, including the verification and resolution of all data imports. The administrator serves as a primary support contact for users who may need assistance with and/or data from the system. The administrator is responsible for maintenance, configuration, reporting and training. The administrator will also interface with the business line user base & management teams, other SFDC admins and the SFDC Center of Excellence to develop future plans and make system enhancement suggestions based on feedback and current system assessment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Under minimal direction, provide technical & functional support for Salesforce CRM including:
  • System modifications relative to business change and user need
  • Resolution of technical application issues
  • Help desk assistance to the end user community
  • Support of the transition of data to Salesforce
  • Delivery of data analytics (reporting, dashboards, etc.) in support of business functions
  • Research, recommend and contribute to enhancements to Salesforce, including procedural and technical improvements, new business unit integrations and workflow initiatives
  • Maintain and constantly improve a reusable repository of tools, templates, best practices and methodologies to manage the execution of solutions and initiatives being deployed on the Salesforce/Force.com platform.
  • Work closely with the IT business partners, business units, Salesforce.com and implementation partners
  • Adequately communicate with vendor technical support to resolve system issues

Required:

  • Must be a Certified Salesforce Administrator
  • 1-3 years of Salesforce CRM Administration experience and have a basic understanding of CRM sales and service fundamentals for accounts, contacts, opportunities and cases including custom fields
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, dynamic, and flexible environment
  • Basic project management, requirements gathering and organization skills
  • Experience with Salesforce Change Sets and Release Management preferred
  • Ability to research and interpret technical documentation such as release manuals and install guides
  • Ability to effectively communicate information and respond to questions from groups of users and managers
  • Ability to handle and prioritize multiple assignments with minimal direction
  • Strong problem-solving skills, conflict resolution, facilitation and negotiation skills

Preferred:

  • BS or BA degree preferred but not required
