Project Duration

  • Duration, 5 Years


Responsibilities

  • Provide technical expertise and advice to SHA staff and management
  • Assist the Project Manager and / or Business Analyst in the preparation of documentation to describe new or changed processes.
  • Respond to information requests that business users submit through SHA’s Maximo Automated Help Desk Application or the OOTS IT Help Desk.
  • Respond to trouble reports or change requests (TR/CR Log) encountered by business users of the application software that are reported through SHA’s Maximo Automated Help Desk Application or the OOTS IT Help Desk.
  • Shall assist in research and recommendations on new technologies
  • Shall assist in the development of Microsoft Software Storage Client (MSSC) objects used to implement and upgrade client software



Job Requirements

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Computer Science, Information Systems
  • Four (4) years of professional experience with VisualForce/APEX 
  • One (1) year of professional experience with Lightning Components
  • Must have eight (8) years of programming experience in software development or maintenance.
  • At least five (5) years of experience in IT systems analysis and programming.


Preferred Skills

  • SalesForce Certification is a Plus!
