- Provide technical expertise and advice to SHA staff and management
- Assist the Project Manager and / or Business Analyst in the preparation of documentation to describe new or changed processes.
- Respond to information requests that business users submit through SHA’s Maximo Automated Help Desk Application or the OOTS IT Help Desk.
- Respond to trouble reports or change requests (TR/CR Log) encountered by business users of the application software that are reported through SHA’s Maximo Automated Help Desk Application or the OOTS IT Help Desk.
- Shall assist in research and recommendations on new technologies
- Shall assist in the development of Microsoft Software Storage Client (MSSC) objects used to implement and upgrade client software
