Job Description:

This role is responsible for overall delivery & success of integrations with the Global Salesforce ecosystem.

The primary job responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate the delivery of integrations of Global Salesforce with other Global systems in a matrixed team environment
  • Work with BOS Network Integration team for seamless experience end to end
  • Guide IT teams through the integration onboarding request process from request through Production
  • Work on integrations with multiple groups of stakeholders.
  • Responsible for global integration functionality, from planning & design through development, testing & implementation in coordination with Solution Architecture, Functional & Dev, and stakeholder teams.
  • Work closely with Product Owners and Development Manager to ensure integration functionality is prioritized into appropriate sprints & releases. Coordinate with integration partners where co-development is required.
  • Lead and Manage integration development team consisting of 3rd party suppliers
  • Lead and collaborate with high performing, globally distributed teams.
  • Lead and manage vendor teams, holding them accountable for quality and on-time delivery.
  • Weekly Status Reporting
  • IT & Business Stakeholder Management
  • Demonstrating analytical thinking skills with the ability to identify, debug and resolve technical issues and experience with Lean IT principles and data driven approaches;
  • Interpreting and translating goals into technical specifications to drive technology change.
  • Analyze system changes and release notes to synthesize anticipated impact on various integrations into an executive summary to broadcast in written communication
  • Job Requirements

    Skills & Knowledge Requirements:

  • 4 years of IT or software development setting
  • Strong MS Office or Google Docs, especially in spreadsheets
  • Understanding of SQL
  • System Integration Knowledge / API Knowledge
  • Data analysis
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience with working on software development projects (all phases)
  • Understanding of the SDLC development methodology (Agile methodology)
  • Understanding of business requirements and translating them into the appropriate deliverables (incl. requirements elicitation, validation and analysis meetings with the stakeholders, understanding business impacts of proposed solutions)
  • Experience in reviewing and understanding documentation used for requirements, test cases, etc
  • The candidate must have excellent verbal and written communications skills at all levels of the organization.
  • A successful candidate is a person who collaborates with others, builds relationships, is proactive, and has superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with large data sets
  • Hands-on experience with API connectivity such as REST, SOAP, using tools like Postman
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Experience operating within An agile development environment, including collaborating directly with Product Owners and Development Manager on a daily basis and writing user stories.
  • Experience delivering projects utilizing an offshore IT provider
  • Experience delivering projects utilizing multiple vendors on a single project
  • Superior soft skills; stakeholder / sponsor communications & expectation management
  • Leveraging business and domain acumen to interpret and translate architecture plans to business plans or vice versa
  • Supervising and establishing delivery of project initiatives;
  • Participating in the development of thought leadership to influence their sphere of technology in the use of innovation to advance business capabilities;
  • Participating in application solutions including assisting with planning and architectural design, development, resolution of technical issues and application rationalization;
  • Displaying initiative and an ability to lead others

  • Ideal:
  • Salesforce Sales Cloud knowledge (as user or admin)
  • SQL Server, writing basic queries
  • Data Analysis
  • Authoring technical documentation
  • It is critical this candidate is a self starter, has Salesforce experience/knowledge and has the ability to work well in a team environment.
