Must have Security+ or CISM or CISSP, or CASP
Support a Navy Cybersecurity mission and compliance life cycle process. Work with a team in a dynamic environment to support numerous Cybersecurity tools and program reporting requirements. Maintain responsibility for the planning and continuous monitoring of Cybersecurity and coordinating various policies, programs, and compliance artifacts or standards supporting government and industry security compliance, systems accreditation, and management. This position provides the right candidate the opportunity to join our client facing Cybersecurity team, work with the Navy's premier shipyard developing a SOC and robust continuous monitoring program and is located in Bremerton, WA.
-5+ years of experience with IT networking
-Experience with system and network vulnerability analysis, risk assessment and risk mitigation analyses, and firewall policy, ports, and protocols
-Experience with Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs), Information Assurance Vulnerability Management, including IAVA and IAVB compliance and reporting, and Vulnerability Remediation
-Knowledge of IA or INFOSEC concepts and requirements
-Knowledge of the Host-Based Security System (HBSS)
-IAT or IAM Level II Certification, including Security+CE, CISM, CISSP, or CASP
-Asset Manager (VRAM) Application Certification
-Experience with mission critical procedures, systems, and processes as they pertain to the public naval shipyards IT and Cybersecurity requirements
-Experience with Windows Group Policy and Windows Registry a plus
-Ability to create or contribute to technical documents, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
-Ability to be customer service-oriented
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
-BS degree in Information Assurance, Cybersecurity, or an IT-related field
