Identity Management Security Analyst (IAM)



Responsibilities:


Identity Management Security Analyst client, Inc. seeks an Identity Management Security Analyst to join IT on our journey to becoming the best IT organization in the airline industry. As an Identity Management Security Analyst within the IAM (Identity and Access Management) function, you will be an integral part of our team helping us realize our vision to create meaningful, innovative, and standards-based solutions that deliver business value and help client to Keep Climbing. The IAM Security Analyst is responsible to support and provide services to IAM customers. Responsibilities also include possession of technical experience in IAM processes and technologies, analyzing and redesigning processes, processing requests, resolving incidents, and creating and maintaining documentation. Essential Position Responsibilities: * Provide consulting services to users, IT teams, business portfolios, vendors, and business partners on an ongoing basis. * Correctly complete requests in accordance with SLAs * Troubleshoot, coordinate, and maintain production systems/programs/applications. * Provide user support and coordinate resolution of issues to include incident management, root cause analysis, and appropriate escalation. * Create and maintain documentation, such as troubleshooting documentation, processes, flow charts, reports, and knowledge base articles. * Anticipate organizational impact & understand the procedures associated with introducing new technologies or processes. * Assist in business process redesign as needed. * Assist in establishing end user training. * Maintain communication with customer and team members and promote a team environment. Required Skills/Experience: * Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems with 3 years of IT and/or business experience, or any equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training. * Possess expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and has technical understanding of IIQ capabilities and services. * Demonstrate excellent innovation and customer support skills. * Excellent customer service capability and attitude provided to other technology stakeholders. * Previous experience with the IIQ application onboarding process, certification process, and identity correlation activities is a plus. * Previous experience with ServiceNow and Office 365 is a plus. * Previous IT experience, specifically Information Security, or airline business experience is a plus. * Proactive in nature with customer satisfaction as a primary goal * Self-starter and enthusiastic team player invigorated by challenges and learning opportunities
