Our client is a data and technology company fostering on innovation, growth and collaboration. They are seeking a Security Office Analyst to join an existing team! This person will be providing day-to-day support of the entire company's internal and external security communications, including employee engagement and enrichment, web content development and other publishing efforts in support of enterprise security risk and compliance initiatives, managing a SharePoint resources website and web content.

Here's what you'll be doing:

  • Drafting content for the resource's website, ensuring the appropriate levels of review and approval, and publishing all approved content to the SharePoint website
  • Monitoring web pages to recommend and/or develop content as needed to support Security projects and initiatives
  • Managing the internal document repository, ensuring that all finalized documents are stored on the internal SharePoint page
  • Compiling and sending risk communications to external parties
  • Working with Corporate Communications, Security organization, and key stakeholders to identify training and communications needs
  • Developing standard operating procedures and process documents to improve risk operations
  • Facilitating and coordinating security and risk maturity assessments
  • Demonstrating experience in leading and managing complex deliverables that are strategic in nature and global in scope

Here's what our ideal candidate has:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5+ years of IT experience
  • IT experience with Information Security and Governance, Risk, & Compliance
  • Proficiency in security and compliance knowledge across common industry policy bodies
  • 3+ years prior communications, change management or writing experience
  • Advanced computer skills with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Proficiency in experience with SharePoint
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts in an easily understandable written format
