Senior Business Analyst

Business Analyst Summary:

Signature Consultants has opportunity for a Business Analyst. In this role the BA with closely worked with business stakeholders, operations, and executives across various functional areas to understand the business needs, current state process and developed future state business process models/flows, operating models, requirements mapping, and change management strategy for P2P and O2C work stream within Enterprise Transformation. The candidate will participate and coordinate various workshops for integration projects and conducted business process review meetings to facilitate requirements gathering, future state process design, architecture model, and requirements mapping.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate with business stakeholders for business analysis, functional assessment, scoring, maintenance of requirements matrix, and integration related business process review for North America Land Integration and Industry Specific Solution (5 to 1 platform solution by region)
  • Managed change management activities, training materials documentation, and user functional training for implementation of different applications/enhancements such as Indirect Procurement (Oracle Fusion), AP Cloud, FBO Fuel Ticket, CXL (ETRM), Master Data Management (Customer and Supplier Management), Oracle Sales Cloud, SSO admin, Oracle 11i, and Oracle Social Network
  • Develop business process, analysis, business models, architecture models, and flows using BPMN 2.0 standards, storyboards, QRS, FAQs, user guides, and other technical specification documents for various applications and business areas.
